Squash Spaetzle with Wild Greens

Winter, meet spring...

Earlier this week, over on Hunter Angler Gardener Cook, I updated an old recipe of mine for making German spaetzle with pureed winter squash. And in so doing, I came up with a specific dish for them that was really, really good.

So I thought I’d share it here with you.
