This is such great news on so many levels!!! Best wishes - hope everything comes together! And - Boo Hiss to Penguin Random House!!! I'm going to watch now who's the publisher for books I buy :-( OTOH, maybe someone there will look at the response to this and show them that they're missing the boat...
Congratulations! that's fantastic well deserved. I am so sorry I missed the recipe testing, that would have been such a joy. Cheers from Santa Fe, NM. 🍾🥂
My 2 cents. We, your readers, might not be as surprised. Your books work. Your writing here, which is more immediate, works. You have a well deserved following not built on fast media with the need to constantly churn out content. That is a groundswell that takes time to build but brings more lasting joy to and in its community.
Great Hank! Make sure to swing by the Phoenix area on your book tour!
Absolutely!
I didn't know Penguin bought Chelsea Green. Sad day.
Yeah. Sucks.
On the coldest morning in in a few years, your hard work and focus can make a MN winter much shorter.

I look forward to purchasing the cookbook and exploring new recipes. Hopefully you can consider a venue in the San Gabriel Valley for your book tour?
