Ask Me Anything... No, Really!

As a thank you to the folks who support To the Bone with a paid subscription, I’m hosting an AMA — an Ask Me Anything sesh, just for you.
Ask me anything you like: cooking, wild food, writing, hunting and fishing, kitchen disasters, the weirdest thing I’ve ever eaten, how recipes get developed, or anything else you’re curious about. Nothing’s off limits.
The best questions are usually the ones that start with “Why do you…” or “How did you learn to…”
I’ll answer as many questions as I can, publicly here next week — unless you’d rather keep it private, in which case I’ll send you a personal reply.
